Improving the quality of our future is a common goal we all share. One way to positively influence that is to encourage more youth to find their passion in any STEM related career path. This is key to providing future leaders and workers for industry, medicine, and other businesses that value STEM skilled people to staff existing companies and start new ones. This website is dedicated to the support and funding of all regional science fairs across Canada. Each year regional science fairs send their top participants to the Canada Wide Science Fair that is rotated to a hosting centre each year.

Academic challenge of science fairs
Science fairs typically challenge students with a project that in many cases far exceeds the effort put into a school project assignment.
Also, those that embrace a competitive aspect to their efforts can be rewarded with a measured result as to the quality of their performance. |

Science fairs allow youth that share an interest in some aspect of STEM to come together to encourage and challenge each other. Just like in sports, participation can be for fun or for competition, and new friendships are formed that can last a lifetime.
